a) 1/2 kg meat, minced (I use Chicken, but whatever you fancy)
b) 1 big onion, chopped, roughly
c) 2tsp oil
d) 8 big tomatoes
e) Garlic 3-6 cloves (up to you)
f) Jeera (cumin) seeds - 2tsp
g) 1/4 pint cold water mixed with 2tsp cornflower, pinch of salt, stock cube of your choice , 2 tbsp of jeera (cumin) powder and enough chilli powder/dried/fresh chopped chillies to give a kick (I use about 3tsbs of dried red seeds)
h) 1 1/2 cups of red kidney beans, soaked over night in cold water then boiled the hell out of. Drain and put to one side.
i) Cheese, mature if possible, grated
j) sour cream (B34 at tesco and carrefour)
k) chopped chives or springs onions

1-Brown a) and b) in c)
2-boil d) for 7 mins or until the skins drop off easily, remove skins
3-Add e) and f), stir for 2 mins
4-Mash up the skinned toms with g) and add to pan, stir like joe Buggery for 5 mins while it bubbles.
5-Add h) and stir again
6-Turn down the light as low as poss, cover and leave for an hour, longer if you can wait. Add some water at times if it looks a bit too parched.
7-serve with i), j) and k) over the top
8-Eat alone and don't share it.
9-Go back and get another bowl and still don't tell anyone until its all gone.
10-Lay down
11-light a fag (I don't even smoke)
12-smile
13-sleep.

Hope someone has a go at this. You know, small pleasures...

The jeera seeds came from a stall in the indian quarters of BKK (not exactly accessible, I know) but the powder is for sale in tesco, the rest you can get easy enough.

Other tricks? I have many, but they're saved for the ladies.
